SQS Focuses on Challenges of Cloud Testing and IT Governance in its first Test Manager Forum

DUBLIN - Software Quality Systems (SQS), the largest independent software testing and quality assurance provider, announced that the program for its inaugural networking forum for test managers will include the first public demonstration of Microsofts Visual Studio 2010 testing tools alongside topical workshops.

Test Manager Forum, a one day event open to all industry professionals, aims to tackle relevant issues and explain the latest techniques in the Testing and Quality Management World. It will be held at Croke Park, Dublin, on Thursday 20th May. One of the highlights of the event is a practical workshop led by CEO and founder of SQS AG, Rudolf van Megen.
The event program, concentrating on the roles and responsibilities of Test Managers, will cover: Visual Studio 2010 testing products; How Cloud Computing can Reduce Test Costs; Motivating Test Teams; Offshore Performance Testing; the Cost of IT Governance; Outsourced Regression Testing; and Cloud Security.

"The forum will concentrate on the most pertinent issues facing test managers today," explains Phil Codd, managing director and chief markets officer, SQS Ireland Ltd. "It will also provide an invaluable opportunity for testing professionals to share experiences and ultimately help improve their efficiency and effectiveness in the workplace."
