Abu-Ghazaleh: AIMICT Participates in Rocheston REINVENT Cybersecurity International Conference

AMMAN – The Arab International Society for Management Technology (AIMICT), chaired by HE Dr. Talal Abu-Ghazaleh, participated in the Cybersecurity Conference, organized by Rocheston Foundation (RF), a part of the Rocheston Group of Companies, a New York-based accreditation institute that helps clients improve their business practices.


During the Rocheston REINVENT 3 day conference; Dr. Abu-Ghazaleh pointed out that AIMICT’s participation in the conference is mainly due to the importance of ‘Cybersecurity’ following the great spread of the Internet and smart devices usage, as well as the global connection to one network. He affirmed that everyone is currently in urgent need to protect his/her data and business in cyberspace.


Furthermore, Dr. Abu-Ghazaleh stated that AIMICT is one of the institutions that always strives to create global partnerships with the aim of strengthening knowledge communication and exchanging experiences in the field of knowledge management technologies towards comprehensive development. 


Rocheston Foundation seeks to promote awareness and culture in the fields of innovation, technology and cybersecurity and it provides professional certification and research services in these areas. 


Welcoming AIMICT to the conference, Mr. Vasanth Davis, CEO, Rocheston said,” The AIMICT is at the forefront of introducing technology developments in the fields of Cybersecurity, the Internet of Things and Artificial Intelligence. We at Rocheston are committed to our support to AIMICT as they actively contribute to enhancing the skill and knowledge base of the workforce community in their region.” 


For her part, AIMICT Executive Director, Ms. Majd Farahat, noted that taking part in the Conference crystallizes AIMICT’s policy in collaborating with pioneering bodies that are continuing to achieve breakthroughs in the Information Technology field. She added that the Society provides training and education in management and information technology, develops administrative skills for its members and underlies their role in administrative development process. 


The 3rd Edition of REINVENT Conference witnessed the participation of global experts and a number of AIMICT members, who discussed several topics related to the evolving scene of cybersecurity in light of the global technological development.
