Concept Searching Achieves Microsoft Gold ISV Competency

MCLEAN, VA - Concept Searching announced in a press release the achievement of the Microsoft Gold ISV Competency under the new rigorous Microsoft Partner Program guidelines. This accreditation requires the highest level of competence and expertise with Microsoft technologies and partners who achieve this level are recognized by Microsoft as their elite business partners. The Gold ISV Competency is in addition to the Silver Search Competency already achieved by Concept Searching.

Concept Searching has been a directly managed Microsoft Partner for the past two years. This close working relationship and our gold and silver accreditation represents our continued commitment to Microsoft and in the continued development of innovative products that complement the Microsoft technology suite, said Martin Garland, president. The accreditation illustrates to our current and prospective clients and partners that Concept Searching has achieved the highest level of competence and expertise in Microsoft technologies.

The revised Microsoft Partner Program was announced in 2010. The new program enables Microsoft customers and prospects to identify partners that have proven their commitment and expertise in one or more specialized areas. Previously, the Partner status reflected general capabilities and not the level of expertise within a specific solution area.

According to the new guidelines and requirements under the program, Microsoft Partners can attain accreditation in specific competencies. To achieve this, they must have Microsoft Certified Professionals on staff; obtain verified customer references for each competency; submit on-going customer satisfaction surveys; pass Microsoft designated tests for each competency, and maintain sales activity.
