Time Warner Names Bill Krivoshik Chief Information Officer
NEW YORK - Time Warner Inc. announced in a press release that Bill Krivoshik will join the company as Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer.
In this newly created position, Krivoshik will oversee the corporate information technology group, as well as lead the execution of the company's enterprise-wide information technology strategy. He will also be responsible for a shared services initiative that will provide IT support to all Time Warner businesses in order to improve the efficiency of the company's investments in information technology. Krivoshik will report to John Martin, Time Warner Inc.'s Chief Financial and Administrative Officer.

Most recently, Krivoshik served as the first enterprise-wide CIO at Marsh & McLennan since 2009, where he developed and implemented an enterprise-wide technology strategy that significantly improved efficiency. Prior to Marsh & McLennan, he served as Chief Technology Officer at Thomson Financial beginning in 2005. He also held the CTO position at Citigroup's Global Investment Management group from 2000-05 and was named among the top ten financial services CIOs in 2001 by Future Banker magazine. Krivoshik served as Chief Information Officer at AIG and as CIO at two GE Capital companies from 1995-98.

Krivoshik graduated from Princeton with a Bachelor of Science degree in computer science and electrical engineering and received his Master of Science in computer engineering from Stanford University. He lives in Wilton, CT, with his wife Rose and has three adult children.
