ARADO Director General, Dr. Nasser Al-Qahtani, Visits Dr. Talal Abu-Ghazaleh

AMMAN – HE Dr. Talal Abu-Ghazaleh, founder and chairman of Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Global (TAG.Global), has received in his office in Amman Dr. Nasser Al-Qahtani, director general of the Arab Administrative Development Organization (ARADO). 

During the visit, Dr. Al-Qahtani congratulated Dr. Abu-Ghazaleh for his recovery, highly praising his determination and strength in overcoming challenges, emphasizing his inspiration as a role model for the youth in confronting adversities.

He expressed his appreciation for TAG.Global's prominent role in supporting innovation and digital transformation, and he commended the Organization’s efforts in developing educational and administrative solutions that meet the needs of institutions in the Arab region, and are enhancing corporate performance.

Dr. Al-Qahtani further noted that Jordan has distinguished human capabilities and unique expertise in public administration, considering the Jordanian experience a successful example that can be widely applied for the benefit of various Arab countries.

For his part, Dr. Abu-Ghazaleh expressed his gratitude to Dr. Al-Qahtani for his visit, stressing the importance of strengthening cooperation between the two parties in building capacities and developing human resources in line with the requirements of sustainable development in the region. 

The two sides also discussed opportunities for collaboration in developing advanced training programs aimed at empowering employees in both public and private institutions to improve and keep pace with digital transformation and apply best practices in business management, ultimately enhancing the efficiency of corporate performance.

They agreed on reinforcing future collaboration by launching joint initiatives and training programs aimed at developing leadership skills and providing specialized consulting services in the field of digital transformation, contributing to enabling institutions to achieve optimal performance.

At the end of the meeting, both parties emphasized the importance of expanding cooperation between ARADO and TAG.Global to ensure the provision of innovative training and consulting services that enhance institutional capabilities in the Arab region and to keep pace with modern developments.
