TAIPEI - ASUS announced it received 23 accolades at the Good Design Awards 2024. This allows its winning products to carry the prestigious G Mark symbol bestowed on high-quality, well-designed solutions. ASUS stands out as the Taiwanese brand with the highest number of award-winning products, highlighting its commitment to design excellence and innovation, a press release stated by ASUS.
ASUS excelled in the ICT Equipment category, boasting the most winning products. A standout among these is the ASUS Zenbook DUO (2024) (UX8406), which was selected as a Good Design Gold Award 2024 winner. Also known as the Minister of Economy, Trade and Industry (Japan) Award, this distinction is given to the top 20 products from the Good Design Best100. Zenbook DUO (2024) is the only product in the PC and peripherals subcategory to be included in the Best100, a mark of its ingenuity as the world’s first AI-powered 14-inch dual-screen laptop.

Diverse selection of award-winning products
With 23 awards, ASUS continues to demonstrate its expertise across a broad spectrum of product categories, including information and communication technology (ICT), audio and visual equipment, and medical care technology. This underlines the company's diverse design capabilities that echo its goal of enriching users' lives through thoughtful and innovative solutions.
The company’s stellar performance includes 15 awards in the ICT equipment category — the most by any brand. Of these, 12 are in the PC and Peripherals subcategory, and two are for Smartphones. ASUS also earned seven awards for Audio and Video Equipment. Additionally, ASUS HealthConnect and ASUS VivoWatch were recognized in the Equipment and Facilities for Medical Care category, showcasing the company’s expertise in developing innovative software and applications within the healthcare field.
The Good Design Awards, organized by the Japan Institute of Design Promotion, is one of the world’s most prestigious design award programs and is now in its 67th year. Winners are selected by a panel of experts who evaluate thousands of entries worldwide using a multifaceted screening process.
