Huawei Unveils Five New Solutions and the Intelligent Evolution of O3 Platform Services

To address four critical challenges in integrating AI into core enterprise production systems, Huawei ICT Service & Software has unveiled five new solutions and the intelligent evolution of O3 platform services, enabling Industries advancing the agentic world.

SHANGHAI - At the "ICT Services & Software Enable Industries Advancing the Agentic World" summit held during HUAWEI CONNECT 2026, Huawei unveiled five new solutions and the intelligent evolution of O3 platform services, enabling new AI technologies to be steadily integrated into enterprises' core production systems, according to the official website of Huawei.

Bruce Xun, President of Huawei Global Technical Service Dept, stated that Huawei is working with partners to continuously build and strengthen a high-quality service system, delivering premium services to customers. Through active exploration and innovation, Huawei continues to develop leading ICT services and software solutions. By leveraging pre-integration and coordinated project management, Huawei has shortened the integration and delivery timeline for a high-quality 50 MW AIDC to just four months. Huawei is targeting a 99.999% SLA by building intelligent O&M capabilities for services and networks, establishing a resilient and reliable foundation for ICT infrastructure, and cultivating "π-shaped" talent. By continuously pushing the boundaries of technology and intelligence, Huawei has deployed digital twins and professional models in the communication service domain across more than 150 projects, exploring new paradigms of human-machine collaboration to steadily bring AI into enterprise production systems.

Huawei will continue to consolidate its capabilities and assets on the O3 platform, take service intelligence to a new level, and deepen the "1+8+N2" framework for opening up platform capabilities to enable agile innovation by customers and partners. Huawei ICT Services & Software Unveils Five New Solutions and the Intelligent Evolution of O3 Platform Services

Li Jianghua, President of Enterprise Delivery & Service of Huawei Global Technical Service Dept, unveiled five new solutions and the enhanced O3 platform that takes service intelligence to a new level. Together with customers and partners, Huawei is accelerating the integration of AI into enterprises' core production systems, enabling industries advancing the agentic world.

• One Network Integration for Enterprise Resilience: Powered by a Networsk Integration Agent and digital twins, this solution enables zero service impact during network migration and zero service interruption during network changes. It provides enterprises with a resilient network foundation that integrates multiple networks and enables cross-domain convergence.
• Computing Platform Services: These services are designed for the entire lifecycle of computing platforms. They build an efficient token factory, streamlining the collaborative planning, design, and simulation across L1 data center infrastructure and L2 IT infrastructure, while leveraging pre-integration and coordinated project management to achieve the integration and delivery of a 50 MW AIDC in just four months. They also integrate the full technology stack, including compute, storage, network, inference frameworks, models, and computing resources. Through four-level performance optimization and intelligent O&M based on digital twin modeling across the seven-layer technology stack, these services enable highly stable and efficient computing clusters to continuously deliver massive computing capacity, increasing token output per watt by 30%.
• Industry O&M Solution: This solution integrates and deploys network digital twins and professional models for EDNS O&M, providing dual safeguards through T-1 risk prediction and prevention and T0 fault response and troubleshooting. This reduces the number of major faults by 10% and shortens fault localization time from 30 minutes to 5 minutes, reshaping the O&M paradigm.
• Mobile Money Solution for Retail Banking: This solution reduces customer acquisition costs by 90% through a super app. It also leverages new intelligent algorithms and a Credit Score Agent to enable intelligent credit assessment and approval, increasing the credit approval rate from 15% to 45%.
• AI + Industry Digital-Intelligent Talent Development Solution: Huawei works with customers to cultivate "π-shaped" talent with expertise in both ICT and AI technologies across five industries and more than 20 industry scenarios. To date, Huawei has trained more than 100,000 AI professionals and provided certification to more than 50,000 of them.

Huawei's O3 Partner Service Enablement Platform is powered by intelligence to deliver three major upgrades. First, the platform's capabilities are made available through SaaS, enabling partners to build their own customer-facing service platforms called Ozel to better connect with and serve customers, elevating the service experience. Second, more than 60 scenario-based service capability packages are available, helping partners advance from product-based service capabilities to comprehensive industry scenario-based capabilities, thereby enhancing their service capabilities. Third, more than 20 AI agent applications improve efficiency for individual tasks, while multi-agent collaboration enables cross-workflow tasks to be completed automatically and efficiently, elevating partners' operating models.

Professor Der-Horng LEE, Fellow of the Academy of Engineering Singapore and Qiushi Chair Professor at Zhejiang University, stated that the key to intelligent systems lies not in their initial performance at delivery, but in their ability to continuously evolve in complex and dynamic real-world environments. Drawing on practical scenarios such as drone takeoff and landing sites, multimodal transport, and collaboration across transportation entities, he proposed that future-oriented intelligent systems must feature resilient and reliable infrastructure, closed-loop data feedback mechanisms, and continuous service capabilities throughout their lifecycle. The industry should embrace the philosophy of "understanding the situation and adapting to change," taking decisive action today to address the uncertainties of tomorrow and truly seize the initiative in the intelligent transformation.

AI-enabled Talent Development for an Agentic Future

Luan Yu, Director of the Social Security Capacity Building Center of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security (MOHRSS), noted that the AI industry does not lack "smart models," but rather "people who truly understand the business." For enterprises in the new era, those with talent teams that understand technology and business and can turn expertise into practical results will hold the initiative in transformation and upgrading. The Social Security Capacity Building Center of the MOHRSS has partnered with Huawei to co-create a training program for an AI talent skills development camp, helping enterprises bridge the last mile from AI capabilities to real-world application.

Integrated Build and O&M for AI Computing: ICBC's New Paradigm for Agentic Operations

Ma Liang, Senior Data Center Architect at Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (ICBC), stated that the concept of "integrated build and O&M, dual-track approach" for AI computing clusters provides a solid foundation for the large-scale application of AI in finance. In the build phase, L1 and L2 collaborative integration helps unlock the value of existing data center facilities, enabling rapid delivery and deployment. In the O&M phase, a new model combining digital twins for AI computing and AI agents is being developed to achieve highly efficient integrated O&M across compute, storage, and network. This approach drives ICBC's O&M model toward a future of collaboration among AI agents, robots, and domain experts, accelerating the development of AI-ICBC.

Building an Intelligent and Resilient Distribution Grid

Froilan J. Savet, Senior Vice President and Head of Networks at Meralco in the Philippines, stated that as distributed PV, energy storage, and EV chargers continue to be deployed at scale, grid complexity is increasingly shifting toward the low-voltage edge. Yet traditional distribution systems still lack sufficient visibility at the edge. Together with Huawei, Meralco is implementing an AMI HPLC project to lay the foundation for a Grid Edge Operations and Control Center (GEOCC). GEOCC will integrate multiple power systems, enhancing capabilities in voltage management, fault handling, line-loss mitigation, and distributed energy coordination. Powered by AI, it will enable intelligent grid forecasting and proactive operations. Looking ahead, Meralco will continue to work closely with Huawei to build the next-generation smart distribution grid—more efficient, resilient, and distributed.

From Financial Inclusion to Digital Transformation

Yigremachew Eshetu, Director of IT Innovation and Project Management at Siinqee Bank, Ethiopia, shared the bank's digital financial services initiatives: Siinqee Bank has partnered with Huawei to build an integrated digital finance platform, integrating diverse services such as payments, wallets, deposits, and loans. This initiative helps address challenges including limited access to financial services, complex processes, and constraints on scale. It has driven the intelligent transformation of financial services, expanded the reach of local inclusive finance, and established a replicable digital benchmark for financial services in Africa.

Building High-Quality Service Foundations and Driving Business Transformation with O3

Pouya Parsafar, CEO of Enterprise Systems, UAE, stated that the country's ICT industry is presenting new opportunities for growth. Leveraging Huawei's O3 Partner Service Enablement Platform, the company has optimized resource allocation, strengthened process collaboration, and improved efficiency by more than 40% using scenario-based capability packages on the O3 platform. In the medical data center project for Group U in Dubai, the delivery cycle was shortened from 42 days to 20 days. By aligning with Huawei's service consistency standards and building an end-to-end service and rapid-response mechanism, the company has improved customer satisfaction by 30%, further enhancing its market competitiveness.
