TAIPEI - ASUS announced ASUS Googlebook 14, a 14-inch ultraportable laptop that's the first ever ASUS laptop designed for Gemini Intelligence. Built for users who want a more connected experience with their Android phone, ASUS Googlebook 14 combines effortless portability, strong performance, and a premium-crafted design that helps work stay in flow throughout the day, according to the official website of ASUS. 

ASUS Googlebook 14 comes with 12 months of Google AI Pro. Users can get expanded access to powerful features in Gemini, Flow, and Gemini Notebook as well as Gemini directly in the Google apps they know and use. Plus, they get 5TB of cloud storage to keep photos and files backed up.[i]

Starting at just 0.99kg and as thin as 10.9mm, ASUS Googlebook 14 is engineered for mobility without sacrificing durability. Its CNC-machined magnesium-aluminum alloy chassis helps deliver high rigidity and long-term structural stability in a form that's easy to carry between entertainment, commutes, and remote workspaces.

ASUS Googlebook 14 is finished in a Dusk Ash color, and features Nano Ceramic Technology that helps resist scratches, stains, and abrasion. Tested to meet the US military-grade MIL-STD 810H standard and ASUS Superior Durability standards[ii], the design brings a premium look and feel to a laptop that is ready for daily use.

ASUS Googlebook 14 delivers performance that belies its ultraportable form factor, with up to an Intel® Core™ Ultra 7 Series 3 processor, up to 64GB of LPDDR5X memory, and up to a 1TB PCIe® 4.0 SSD. An advanced cooling system supports sustained performance while keeping operation whisper-quiet, helping users stay productive without distraction. A 70Wh battery delivers up to 18 hours of battery life[iii], supporting flexible work throughout the day.

ASUS Googlebook 14 is designed to make every interaction feel more precise and more premium. The 14-inch 16:10 3K OLED HDR touchscreen delivers vivid detail, deep contrast, and up to 1000 nits peak HDR brightness, while a 120Hz refresh rate helps visuals feel smooth and responsive. Corning® Gorilla® Glass Victus® with Corning Gorilla Matte anti-glare technology helps improve durability and reduce reflections for clearer viewing in bright environments.

Audio is equally refined. A six-speaker system with dual force-canceling woofers and two tweeters creates a fuller, more immersive soundstage for calls, presentations, and media. The large haptic touchpad uses six-point force sensing to provide consistent click pressure and tactile feedback, while the backlit keyboard with 1.5mm key travel is tuned for comfortable all-day typing. Features such as Magic Pointer[iv] and proactive suggestions[v] help users take action faster: Magic Pointer lets users point to and select onscreen objects to ask, compare, or create with Gemini; while proactive suggestions power users with proactive help from Gemini, providing suggested actions based on what’s on the screen without the user even having to ask.

With Magic Pointer[vi], wiggling the cursor activates Gemini. The cursor just got its first glow-up in years. Now users can do more than just point and click — they can turn two images into a poster, or see a date and instantly add it to their calendar.

Gemini also provides help that's a step ahead, surfacing relevant details from emails, recall calendar information, and providing suggestions based on what is on screen at the moment. The experience stays connected across devices and workflows. With supported Android devices, users can start a task on a phone and finish it on ASUS Googlebook 14, or cast phone apps to the laptop for a more seamless way to work[vii].

This device is paired with strong local connectivity. ASUS Googlebook 14 includes two Thunderbolt™ 4 USB-C® full-function ports that support Power Delivery and DisplayPort™ 1.4; two USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-A ports; an HDMI® 2.1b port; and a 3.5mm audio combo jack, reducing the need for adapters in day-to-day work. WiFi 7 support helps users move smoothly between local workflows and cloud-based collaboration, while the thin chassis still offers the port selection needed for serious productivity.
